European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by using our withdrawal request process or by contacting us at hello@bellachristiejewellery.com with your full name and order number.
If your withdrawal request is accepted, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:
● Custom-made or personalised items created to your specifications;
● Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed or used (earrings) where permitted by applicable law.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that consumers may have under local consumer protection legislation.
