Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bella Christie Jewellery. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 25* days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return:

Please contact the email above and include your order number and item you would like to return. We will then send the return instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference

International Orders

We accept returns from international customers. Please note that return shipping costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items which can’t be returned:

We do not accept returns custom designs/private listings/limited edition jewellery jars and earrings due to hygiene purposes nor if the jewellery has tarnished, due to it being the customers responsibility to take care of the jewellery. 

  • Damage caused by pulling, catching or mishandling
  • Tarnishing due to wear or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear

Our jewellery is delicate and care instructions are provided and are essential to follow, to help keep it looking its best.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away and we’ll make it right.

Incorrect shipping details

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In such cases, we are unable to submit a claim or issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to double-check all shipping details before completing the order. 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after postage, unless the request is made within 5 hours of placing the order and before 4pm. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, we will process a full refund. 

For orders that have already been shipped, we can’t cancel the order only return it. If a customer claims to have canceled their order but still receives the product, they are responsible for returning the item in its original condition for a refund.

In cases where a customer disputes a charge with their bank without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of the transaction and shipment. If the customer receives a refund from their bank without returning the product, they are obligated to return the item or reimburse us for the cost.

*European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by using our withdrawal request process or by contacting us at hello@bellachristiejewellery.com with your full name and order number.

If your withdrawal request is accepted, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised items created to your specifications;
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed or used, where permitted by applicable law.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that consumers may have under local consumer protection legislation
