Our jewellery pieces are crafted with care and precision to ensure its beauty. It's important to note that while 18k gold filled jewellery is more resistant to water than 18k gold plated it is vital to care for it in the right way.

Sterling silver jewellery is waterproof and can be worn all the time but it has its own unique care requirements, all types require gentle care to maintain their quality.

How to care for your jewellery:

1. Avoid Water Exposure: While 18k gold filled jewellery is more water-resistant, and 18k gold plated jewellery should avoid water exposure altogether. If you accidentally get it wet, don’t panic just give it a dry. Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or engaging in activities where it may come into contact with water.

2. Avoid Contact with Oils and Lotions: To preserve the shine and finish of your jewellery, it's advisable to avoid wearing it while applying oils, lotions, or sunscreen. These substances can tarnish and dull the appearance of your pieces over time.

3. Store Properly: When not in use, store your jewellery in a dry and preferably air-tight container to prevent oxidation and tarnishing. Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratching.

4. Clean Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or residue from your jewellery after each wear. For deeper cleaning, you can use a mild soap and water solution, or silver polish, for sterling silver, followed by thorough drying with a clean cloth.

5. Avoid Chemicals: Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, or household cleaning agents, as these can damage the metal and gemstones.

6. Do not sleep in: Avoid sleeping in your jewellery to prevent damage such as getting caught or unnecessary wear.

By following these simple care instructions, you can ensure that your jewellery remains beautiful and pristine for years to come.
