Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and any additional duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, so you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. In the event that your package goes missing, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly for assistance, as we no longer have control over the delivery once it has left our facility.

Important Update on Sales Tax for US Customers

In accordance with recent changes in tax legislation, a new 10% income tax and handling fees, customers charge will be applied to all imports to the USA. These charges and tax will be collected at checkout instead of upon arrival of your order in the USA as a customs charge. We charge a flat fee of $55 which covers the tax, postage, handling fee and customs charge. This is a cost effective way to post from the UK to the US so you don’t have to pay the high import duties.
