ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We will do our best to update your address, but our policy states that address changes must be requested on the same day as ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer next-day delivery. Our Royal Mail business account provides a 48-hour shipping service.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been packed and posted, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return it for a refund. Our cancellation policy requires requests before 4 PM on the day of ordering.

How do I return an item?
Please read our returns policy here.
Once received, we will issue your refund.

Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.

 

PRODUCT ISSUES & EXCHANGES

What should I do if I received the wrong order?
We sincerely apologize! Please return the incorrect item to our address, including a note with your order number, and we will send you the correct product. We will also refund your return postage.

What if my jewellery arrives broken?
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us with your order details to arrange this.

My necklace arrived without a charm – is this correct?
Yes! Charms are sold separately and can be purchased under “Loop on Charms.” This information is also stated in the product description.

My necklace/bracelet has broken – can you fix it?
If your jewellery has broken within 30 days and it wasn’t due to force, we are happy to fix it free of charge. Please send it to our address with a note including your return address, and we’ll get it repaired and sent back to you.

What if my jewellery broke from accidental force?
If your item broke due to force (e.g., getting caught), we cannot offer a replacement or refund, as this is not a design fault. However, we can provide a discount code as a goodwill gesture.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders once they are placed. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Where is my gift card?
Gift cards can take 24-48 hours to arrive. If it hasn’t come through after this time, please contact us, and we will chase it up.

 

PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY

Why is my jewellery tarnishing?
Tarnishing occurs when jewellery comes into contact with chemicals like perfumes, soaps, and hair products. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for tarnishing. To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place and clean it regularly with a soft cloth.
