Requirements: 
We kindly request that potential collaborators have a minimum follower count on their social media platforms to ensure optimal exposure and engagement for our promotional partnership.

**If you do not meet these requirements I will still take you into consideration if our jewellery matches your style, or have similar contacts/followers . There is also a chance we can give you a discount code too! So DM me on socials! **

Important: Please note that while we appreciate all collaboration inquiries, meeting the minimum follower requirements does not guarantee a collaboration. We carefully select partnerships to ensure that our jewellery matches with the style and aesthetic of your content. If our jewellery does not match your style or content theme, we may not go through with a collaboration. Thank you for your understanding!

Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Exchange: We will provide you with selected jewellery pieces free of charge for your promotional posts/videos. 

2. Promotional Commitments:
- You are required to create content featuring our jewellery on your agreed-upon platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Content should be in alignment with our agreed upon quantity of posts/videos with tags.
- You commit to posting within the agreed-upon timeframe.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights:
- While you may use the provided jewellery for promotional purposes, ownership remains with us.
- You may not sell or transfer the jewellery provided by us to any third party.

4. Disclosure:
- You are required to clearly disclose your partnership with us in all promotional content, following relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

5. Feedback and Communication:
- We welcome your feedback on the products received.
- Open communication is encouraged throughout the collaboration process.

6. Duration and Termination:
- The collaboration will start upon agreement and will continue for the specified time.
- Either party has the right to terminate the collaboration if terms are not met or for any other valid reason, with prior notice. (If you don’t do the agreed upon posts and tags you will need to send the jewellery back)

7. Additional Terms:
- Any additional terms specific to the collaboration will be agreed upon before commencement and outlined in writing.
