Our jewellery is made from either 18k gold filled, 18k gold plated, and 925 sterling silver, and while some pieces are more water-resistant than others, all require gentle care to stay beautiful.
Although our jewellery is waterproof, it is not chemical-resistant. We recommend removing your pieces before showering or swimming, as chemicals found in soaps, shampoos, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, and household cleaning products can gradually wear away the plating.
For best care, please remove jewellery before sleeping or participating in sports, store it in a dry pouch or jewellery box, and gently clean it with a soft cloth after wear. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty for longer. Please note that tarnishing or damage caused by misuse is not covered under our refund or return policy. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery. UK orders cost £4.50 and arrive in 2-4 working days, EU and international orders are £13 with delivery taking 5–12 working days, and customs or taxes may apply depending on your country-US orders include a flat $55 fee at checkout covering tax, postage, handling, and customs. Returns
You can return items within 25 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase, by contacting us for the return instructions - return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued after inspection, but custom items, earrings, tarnished or damaged jewellery, and normal wear and tear are not returnable; cancellations are only possible within 5 hours of ordering (before 4pm) and before dispatch. Ring Sizing
To find your perfect ring size, you can measure a ring you already own by checking its inside diameter in millimeters, or measure your finger using a strip of paper or string and match it to a size chart. For best results, measure at the end of the day, avoid extreme temperatures, and if you’re between sizes, choose the larger one—if you’re still unsure, a local jeweller or our team can help.
